How credits work
Simple rules.
What is a credit?
One seat in a standard raid costs one credit. Early raids (new bosses hours before they reach you) cost two, location raids in event cities cost four.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. You get new credits every month on your billing day. Unused credits from the last month expire.
What is a no-show pass?
If you cancel late or miss a raid, a pass gives your credits back. Every plan has a few per month.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time with one click in your account. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
